Geoff Mann (1938 – 2024)

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of former CWCT Chairman Geoff Mann.

Geoff was Chairman for 24 years, during which time he helped to secure the future of CWCT and worked constantly with the Directors and members of the Board to help improve the facade industry.

Geoff was an architect, graduating from Liverpool University with a first-class degree.  He went on to become senior partner at RHWL Architects.  Amongst the many buildings Geoff was involved with over his long career was the redevelopment of the George Gilbert Scott designed former Midland Grand Hotel next to St Pancras station.

A passionate railway enthusiast and lifelong Coventry City, Geoff was a larger-than-life character who will be missed by all who knew him.  Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time.
