The Future Homes and Buildings Standards: 2023 consultation

In December, the government launched a consultation into the Future Homes and Buildings Standards.  This includes changes to Part 6 (energy efficiency requirements), Part L (conservation of fuel and power) and Part F (ventilation) of the Building Regulations for dwellings and non-domestic buildings.  Evidence on previous changes to Part O (overheating) are also being sought.

The deadline for consultation is 6 March 2024.
