We are pleased to announce that the first guidance on Gateway 2 applications is now available.
The current guidance presents reasons that Gateway 2 applications have been rejected. We are making these available so that they can act as a checklist to help ensure future applications contain the relevant information.
The guidance is split into general reasons and then specific reasons relating to the different parts of the building regulations, as shown below. This list is based on the best available information at the time and is not exhaustive.
The current list is based on a limited number of responses. We really want to update this to make it as comprehensive as possible. In order to do this, we need your help. We need you to share reasons that Gateway 2 applications have been unsuccessful. It is in everyone’s best interests that this is done.
